BCC=check sum,take the sum of lower 7 bits of weigh data between byte2 to byte9,

While the value=02H or 0DH, it will automatically plus 1 to avoid repeating controlling;

Status byte: 0,0,1,1,stable,negative,0,0(Binary data)
